When I first signed up with TPG, technical support was horrid, but it has improved a lot since then. The connection is stable, we get decent speeds (~ 850-950/90 most evenings), and we have had one or two outages in the past twelve months that lasted less than an hour each. TPG may not be the cheapest, but they are better than their reputation.

TPG has me covered and keeps me well in the web loop as technology evolves and plans change. Although I was unhappy with the coverage of 5G in this area soon after moving here, it was resolved by this company, and well, years ago when I changed back to NBN. I see no good reason to look for another internet supplier.

Only have had to call them out a few times to check the physical cable manually otherwise very good uptime and solid performance with the many years we have been with TPG.
Happy with everything they have provided so far just wish the online portal was a bit better but it has everything you need really.
The online support could be a tiny bit faster and more streamlined to make it better but overall they did their very best as humanly as possible.

Have been with TPG for over a year. Connection time was quick and have had good speeds with seldom outages.

reliable connection - I have been with TPG for more than 10 years... very little connection issue. Plug and play for the next 10 years literally. Value for money - not the cheapest on the market. Customer service - I had billing issue once..took a long long time to resolve and I had to make multiple long calls - not much progress until I talked with a lady who really took ownership of my issue. She talked with various people including the development team to get my issue resolved. Technical support - ok, I rarely call them due to their reliable connection..but I had multiple exchange in the past (e.g. 10 years ago) as the initial setup was a bit challenging - it was a newly built home.

Easy experience over the phone, clear explanation of plans available. Never had any issues when submitting a price match form. Accepted without question. Sppeds at home, essentially what was advertised. no complaints.

Mostly reliable for a family of 3 using mostly for browsing and streaming shows. Very easy to set up and no fussy NBN cables!

I would have say they are an average provider as they have good prices for unlimited data but at times I find it a struggle to watch videos or sometimes the internet drops out all together and find it a struggle to upload or download files but they have very friendly customers service and are very helpful in trying to fix any issues you have with the internet.

Never encountered any issues regarding connection or speed in the last 3 years I’ve been with TPG. Internet speed has always been consistent and never had disruptions with connection

The only reason I have stayed with TPG is because the drop outs have not been regular enough for me to get frustrated with the lack of customer service. There is a level of reliability with the HFC NBN connection with TPG at my property that should be noted. However when things do go wrong their lack of customer service proves a reason to pay more, if it weren't for my own laziness i would have changed a long time ago
